Prompt for today: What is a word you feel that too many people use?

For me it’s not a single word or even a phrase but the use of ‘management speak’. When management (or anyone really) use things like ‘touch base’ (which makes me want to vomit!), ‘You’re not picking up what I’m putting down’ and other such nonsense it just shows how uninspired they are in their role.

People will respond better to personal comments and feedback as opposed to this learned speech. It is not something that should be in the work place at all!!!
